Since its establishment over 40 years ago the UK Data Archive has acquired, preserved and managed a vast range of data. We acquire data from academic, public sector and commercial sources within the United Kingdom and abroad. Since 2005 our Archive has been designated a Place of Deposit by The National Archives. We are part of the pan-European CESSDA ERIC Catalogue. From there you can locate data and variables from selected data collections stored at a number of European social science data archives. We also hold several key international survey series which can be found in our DataCatalogue.
